Most shipping updates arrive by email. Mixed-brand orders may produce more than one tracking number.
Step 01
Look for the shipping confirmation from Skin & Hue / Shopify. It includes a carrier tracking link once your order (or a fulfillment within it) has shipped.
Step 02
You can also open the order status page from your confirmation email, or use the button below to go to the store account area.
Step 03
If you never received a confirmation, or tracking looks stuck, email info@skinandhue.com with your order number, or use the contact form. For product-specific fulfillment issues, you can also reach the brand partner listed on Contact.
Enter the order number and email from your confirmation. We will open your Shopify order status page when we find a match.
